Return policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
  • Return requests must be registered in advance via your account or by contacting us.
  • Always include your order number in your message.

Return options

You can choose between the following options:

  • Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
  • Exchange: You may also exchange the returned item for another product.

Return shipping costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • You are free to choose the courier and shipping method that suits you best.

Important notes

  • Discounted items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • For 1+1 promotions, please return both items so we can process the return correctly.
